Only 1% of all real estate agents in the US sell more than 50 properties in a year. In 2021, Brian personally sold 157. In the top 1% of all agents in the area, Brian has been a local resident of Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand for over 24 years. He originally moved to the area from Northern Virginia to attend Coastal Carolina University. After graduating with honors, Brian jumped into the real estate field. He originally decided to focus on investments, second homes and out of town buyers. He shot to the top percentage in sales volume within the entire Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors. With well over $250 million dollars in personal sales volume, he started Real Estate Modo as an independent brokerage in 2016, and partnering/franchising with the ERA Brand in 2022 to bring more tools, resources and connections for his clients and agents. We look forward to seeing the brokerage expand across the Grand Strand and the coast of South Carolina.
